Our commitment to safety and quality
Safety and trust are our top priorities at Babysitting.lu. We understand the importance of knowing every child is in good hands, which is why we have stringent safety measures in place:
Required Training
Every babysitter on our platform completes at least eight hours of specialized training with one of our local partners. This training includes general babysitting conditions, essential communication skills, pediatric diseases, child development and entertainment for children (detailed information can be found in the Babysitting.lu charter).
Profile Verification
Babysitter profiles are only activated once they have been reviewed and approved by our partners, ensuring that all sitters listed on the platform are certified and trustworthy.
Purpose
Babysitting.lu serves as an exchange platform between parents and babysitters and is no longer responsible for anything else that is agreed or undertaken beyond the platform (introductory meeting, babysitting session, etc.).
In the event of a damage, Babysitting.lu is not liable and the compensation is under the obligation of insurance of the parents or the babysitter.
A service provided by Elisabeth Jeunesse
Elisabeth Jeunesse acts as the coordinator of Babysitting.lu and is an agreed and high quality service through a convention with the Ministère de l'Education Nationale de l’Enfance et de la Jeunesse. Qualified employees guarantee a sustainable, high-quality development of Babysitting.lu in cooperation with the partners.
Elisabeth Jeunesse accompanies young people between the ages of 12 and 29 through numerous activities such as youth centers, training courses, vacation camps, projects, etc. Further information can be found on the website elisabethjeunesse.lu.
