In case of interest, a Luxemburgish municipality, a local service for children, youth or families or a secondary school can
send a partner request to Babysitting.lu. Through a written agreement that contains different requirements detailed in the Babysitting.lu charter, the service can become a partner and receive an official partner-label of Babysitting.lu.

3What is the partner-label of Babysitting.lu?
The partner-labels of Babysitting.lu confirm that a partner respects specific standards of quality and reliability set by Babysitting.lu. It helps maintain high standards of service and trust within the community and it is available for municipalities, local services for children, youth and families and and secondary schools.
The partner label for municipalities is defined as the “Quality-Label” and the partner label for child, youth and family services and secondary schools is called the “Excellence-Label”. Their tasks are basically the same, although the child, youth and family services and schools are closer to the young people and future babysitters and can reach them more easily for trainings and advice.

6What is the “Alert-Button”-function?
All registered users can utilize the “Alert-Button” function in case of doubt or violation. This function is only visible after registration and was introduced to enable parents and babysitters to receive contact support and assistance as quickly as possible.
The partner is responsible for a rapid problem support and can be advised by the coordination in case of doubt or need.
7Purpose (Insurance & liability)
Babysitting.lu serves as an exchange platform between parents and babysitters and is no longer responsible for anything else that is agreed or undertaken beyond the platform (introductory meeting, babysitting session, etc.).
In the event of a damage, Babysitting.lu or the partners are not liable and the compensation is under the obligation of insurance of the parents or the babysitter.
